These Terms apply to all visitors, users, job seekers, and employers who access or use the Service. Talents527 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Talents527 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Talents527 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

Job seekers may create a profile, upload a CV, and apply for jobs listed on the platform free of charge. By submitting your profile and application materials, you grant Talents527 a non-exclusive licence to display your information to potential employers.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile and application materials. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or any other information may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Talents527 does not guarantee employment and is not responsible for the outcome of any job application or hiring decision made by employers.

Employers may post job listings and access candidate profiles subject to the applicable plan or fees. Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job postings comply with applicable employment laws and do not contain discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content.

Talents527 reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without notice or refund.

Employers must not use candidate data obtained through the platform for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for the specific role advertised.

You agree not to use the Service to post false, fraudulent, or misleading information; to harass, abuse, or harm other users; to collect or harvest personal data without consent; to transmit spam or unsolicited communications; or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any data associated with other users. Any such attempt may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Talents527 implements reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content on the Talents527 platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is the property of Talents527 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from Talents527.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talents527 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Talents527's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Talents527 may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
